The WebPREP Academy was conceived as an endeavor to better help our students face the many challenges of gaining entrance to an institution of higher learning. Our founders, being teachers themselves, not only saw a need for this unique tutoring service but also had the vision and means to realize it. In doing so, the WebPREP Academy has been able to provide students from all over the  United States an innovative, convenient and affordable solution to their SAT preparation needs.

As the WebPREP Academy’s first and foremost concern is the success of our students, it would then behoove us to make sure that their needs are met. As a result, the WebPREP Academy makes the following guarantee to our students.  All requests are subject to the availability of requested course and time. If the space and/or time is not available, the student will be enrolled into the next available session:

1. I.If a student’s score does not improve after taking our Full SAT Course, they are entitled to take another course completely for free.
   

2. II.If a student misses their entire scheduled course, they may reschedule the same course for anytime thereafter.
   

3. III.If for any reason, the student cannot gain access to the online classroom, the student is entitled to reschedule for the next available corresponding session. If a time cannot be settled upon,  the student is entitled to a full refund for that particular session. Once the student has successfully gained access to the online classroom, this guarantee is no longer valid.
   

4. IV.If an irreconcilable technical issue arises during the Full SAT Course or the Crash Course, then the student is eligible for a refund on a prorated basis.
